FIRST BATCH OF PROJECT KALINGA DELIVERED!

A total of 60 families along Rioferio Road, Arellano Street, Dagupan City have been reached by the first wave of Project Kalinga, led by the Supreme Student Council of Universidad de Dagupan in partnership with the Student Affairs Office.
