Universidad de Dagupan officially entered into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) today, solidifying the partnership in operating and maintaining a Job Placement Office (JPO).

The agreement aims to ensure efficient, prompt, and free employment facilitation services for students and jobseekers through full-cycle employment support.

As the first and only higher education institution in Dagupan City to enter into an agreement with DOLE for this initiative, the MOA was signed by UdD President Dr. Feliza Arzadon-Sua and DOLE Regional Director Exequiel Ronie Guzman.

Also in attendance from UdD were Chief Operating Officer Jann Alfred Arzadon Quinto and several college deans, demonstrating strong institutional support for the initiative.

The ceremonial signing took place during the 123rd Labor Day Celebration and Job Fair at Robinsons Place Pangasinan. The event was graced by top officials from the regional offices of the Department of Health (DOH), Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), Public Employment Service Office (PESO), and the Provincial Director of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), as well as the heads of the PESO offices of Dagupan and Calasiao.
