Milpitas City (California, USA) Vice Mayor Garry Barbadillo visited Universidad de Dagupan earlier today, signaling a potential partnership between the university and the City of Milpitas.

Vice Mayor Barbadillo was accompanied by his wife, Vilma, and son, Derrick. The visit was coordinated with the Local Government of Dagupan City, represented by Mr. Ryan Ravanzo and Mr. Rex Catubig.

The delegation was warmly welcomed by the Universidad de Dagupan community, led by Chairman Dr. Voltaire P. Arzadon, Chief Operating Officer Sir Jann Alfred Arzadon Quinto, Vice President for Administration and Finance Dr. Justin Q. Callesto, and ISUdD Special Assistant to the Director Ms. Niki Arzadon Sua.

As Milpitas and Dagupan are long-standing sister cities, the visit further strengthens the bond between the two communities.
