Capilano University honored Universidad de Dagupan as its Most Outstanding Global Partner. The award was presented by CapU President Paul Dangerfield and received by UdD President Dr. Feliza Arzadon-Sua during the MOA Signing Ceremony on February 25. This recognition highlights the strong academic collaboration between the two institutions.
