The three-day immersive program gathered educators, leaders, and pedagogical coordinators seeking to enhance their practice and reimagine schools as environments where children are truly seen, heard, and empowered as future citizens. Designed as an intermediate-level course building on the foundations of the Reggio Emilia Approach, the study program provided meaningful opportunities for reflection and innovation.
Throughout the training, Ms. Sua and Dr. Baquiran engaged in reflective dialogue and hands-on exploration focused on building a shared culture and vision, guiding professional growth among educators, and unlocking collaboration through intentional systems of time, space, and curriculum.
The program also emphasized the power of documentation as a tool for reflection, communication, and transformation, as well as strategies for leading change with clarity and care.
Their participation underscores Universidad de Dagupanโs commitment to academic excellence and global engagement, ensuring that its teacher education programs remain innovative, reflective, and aligned with international best practices.
